Refunds

1. Listen before you pay
At ForYouMelody you hear a preview and read the full lyrics before you pay. If you don't like it, you can create another version or simply not pay: nothing is charged for an order that was not paid.
2. Changed your mind: 7 days
After paying, you can ask for a full refund within 7 calendar days of the payment date, no reason needed, as provided in article 49 of the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code.
3. Technical problems
If the song is not unlocked after payment, if the file is defective or if you were charged twice, we will fix the problem or refund you, even after the 7 days, up to 90 days after purchase.
4. How to ask
Write to support@foryoumelody.com from the email used in your order, with the name of the person the song was for or your order link. We reply within 2 business days.
5. How we refund
- Refunds go back to the original payment method, for the full amount paid.
- We start the refund within 5 business days of your request.
- Card: the refund shows on your statement within one or two billing cycles, depending on your bank.
- Pix: the amount goes back to the account that paid, usually within a few business days.
6. After the refund
Once refunded, the license to use the song ends and access to the full song may be turned off. Please stop using and sharing the song.
7. Before disputing a charge
If something is not right, contact us before opening a dispute with your bank or card issuer. It is the fastest way to solve it.
