These terms apply to your use of foryoumelody.com.br and to the purchase of personalized songs from ForYouMelody. By creating an order, you confirm that you have read and agree to them, to our Privacy Policy and to our Refund Policy.

1. Who we are

foryoumelody.com.br is operated by Souza Aguiar Serviços, a Brazilian company registered under CNPJ 49.879.426/0001-56, located at Rua Comendador Torlogo Dauntre, 74, Sala 1207, Cambuí, Campinas/SP, CEP 13025-270.

2. The service

ForYouMelody creates a personalized song from the story you tell us: who it is for, the occasion, your memories and the style you choose. The lyrics and the music are created by artificial intelligence, automatically, with no human review along the way.

You hear a preview of about 15 seconds and read the full lyrics before you pay. You only pay if you like it.

3. Who can buy

To buy, you must be 18 or older and have a valid email address, which we confirm with a code before creating the song.

4. What you tell us

• The information in your order must be true and yours, or you must have permission to use it.
• When you use someone else's name and stories, you confirm that you have their permission (or a parent's or guardian's, for children and teenagers) to include them in the lyrics.
• Do not include anyone's sensitive information, such as health, religion or sexual orientation, or details such as ID numbers, addresses or phone numbers. The song does not need them.

5. What a song cannot contain

Our lyrics are written for every audience. We do not write lyrics with profanity (even mild or disguised), vulgar language, sexual content, insults, mockery, prejudice, violence, drugs or accusations against anyone, even if the order asks for it, including as an inside joke. Humor is welcome when it is light and affectionate.

We also do not create songs that imitate real artists. If an order does not follow these rules, the lyrics are adjusted automatically or the order may be declined.

6. How the song is made

• The lyrics are written once per order and go through an automatic check before becoming a song.
• Each order can have up to 3 versions (the first one counts), changing the style, the instruments or the vocals. The lyrics stay the same in every version. A combination that was already generated cannot be repeated.
• Songs made by artificial intelligence vary: a name may not be pronounced perfectly, and a melody may remind you of other songs. That is why you hear the preview before you decide.

7. Preview and order validity

An order that is not paid expires after 3 days. At that point we delete the audio and remove the personal data from the order, as explained in the Privacy Policy.

8. Price and payment

The price is shown in Brazilian reais (R$) before payment and is the final amount. Payment is handled on Stripe's secure checkout, by card or Pix. We never receive or store your card details.

9. Delivery

As soon as the payment is confirmed, the full song is unlocked on your order page, with a player and download, and we send you an email. With a card this happens within moments; with Pix, right after the bank confirms it. If the song is not unlocked within 24 hours after the payment is confirmed, write to support@foryoumelody.com: we will fix it or refund you.

The song stays available for download on your order page and in "My orders" for at least 12 months after purchase. We recommend downloading and keeping a copy.

10. What you can do with the song

After payment, you receive a personal, worldwide, perpetual and non-exclusive license to:

• listen to, download and keep the song;
• give the song as a gift and share it with family and friends;
• play the song at events and celebrations, such as birthdays and weddings;
• post the song on your personal social media, for non-commercial purposes.

The license does not include: selling the song, distributing it on streaming services or music stores, registering it with content identification systems (such as YouTube Content ID), using it in advertising, or presenting it as anyone's exclusive work. For commercial use, contact us first.

We do not publish your song or your story without your permission.

11. Order link and "My orders"

Your order link is personal: anyone with the link can see the lyrics and, after payment, the song. Share it only with people you choose. "My orders" uses a code sent to your email, so keep access to your email secure.

12. Liability

We are responsible for the service under the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code. Nothing in these terms limits rights the law guarantees you.

You are responsible for the information you put in your order and for how you use the song.

13. Refunds

You can ask for a full refund within 7 days of payment, no reason needed. Details are in the Refund Policy.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you created it.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Any dispute will be settled in the courts of your place of residence.
